Bharatanatyam.

This technique of human movement can be traced back to the fifth Century A.D. from sculptural evidence. This classical dance has a mesmerizing effect as it uplifts the dancer and the beholder to a higher level of spiritual consciousness. It is an energetic dance from wherein the postures and the body balance is placed squarely down the centre of the body… 

 

 

 

 

 

Jazz.

Jazz is is all about grace and elegance . This would showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Every jazz dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way. This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. This form helps the dancers to learn and attain flexibility, body line, strength, fun and much more…It is a wonderful art form for both kids and adults to learn and attain strength, flexibility, self-discipline, body control, body line and much more. Regardless of age, body size or fitness level anyone and every one can enjoy the beauty and grace of dancing.

 

 

 

 

 

Hip Hop (Old School, Lyrical) .

Hip hop is a very energetic form of dancing. It is an extremely popular form of dancing both for recreational purposes and as a highly competitive sport It is highly unique and it allows its dancers to perform with freedom of movement, adding in their own personalities. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking & popping. From late 60’s till date the art form is evolving and dancers enjoy this style regardless of age as it helps them to learn and attain stylish presentation of self and much more. It allows for individual expression and dancers are encouraged to create new moves and develop a personal style.

 

 

 

 

Contemporary.

Contemporary is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements. Contemporary dance stresses versatility and improvisation. This style requires the dancer to work many of the major muscle groups at once as they would glide through a large dancing area with such an elegance and style.. Contemporary dance can be performed to many different styles of music. This dance form is all about freedom of movement, allowing their bodies to freely express their innermost feelings....

 

 

 

 

 

 

Bollywood.

Bollywood is spontaneous... It is an extremely popular form of dancing both for recreational purposes and as a highly competitive sport. This is a dance style enjoyed by boys and girls. It’s all about freedom to express movement to the wide variety of music trends. Although some performances are choreographed, or partially choreographed, improvisation is the main force behind Bollywood and many people prefer this freedom of freestyle dancing to other conventional types of dancing.
